NarrativeEmployees were removing a loading arm from the loading platform and were using a rope to hold the loading arm in place. The rope snapped, which caused the arm to swing down and hit an employee in the chest. The blow knocked him off of the platform and onto the concrete below, a distance of approximately 11.5'.
