During work, a foreign object/ chemical contacted the employee's right eye. The incident investigation provided no additional information.

NarrativeAt 9:32 p.m. on October 30, 2017, an employee was walking through a warehouse. The employee was found in an aisle way slumped over conscience, with head trauma, and difficulty responding to the people around him. He was rendered aid and transported to the hospital by local emergency management services. No hazards were noted in the aisle way and there were no witnesses to the incident. The employee died from a head injury.

NarrativeAt 9:30 a.m. on September 1, 2017, an employee was working as a machine operator at the out feed of a Cyro-Quick Dip Chilling Tunnel catching frozen sausage with a bucket. The employee was using their hand to funnel the frozen sausages into the bucket rather than have them fall onto a table. The employee sustained frostbite to the right hand pinky and ring fingers.
