NarrativeAn employee's lawn mower got stuck. Another employee attempted to use a second mower and a sling to pull it out. The sling came loose and struck the employee in the head.
On Tuesday, July 7th 2009 OSHA reps took a report of a serious accident in Jackson, CA after learning of an incident at County Of Amador which had occured on Thursday, April 24th 2008. A Construction inspector had been injured when the employee fractured ankles in fall down stairs

NarrativeOn April 24, 2009, Employee #1, a building inspector, was walking down stairs, w hile completing a drywall nail pattern inspection. Employee #1 slipped and fell down the stairs to the floor. He sustained a fractured left ankle and shattered right ankle and was hospitalized.
