NarrativeAt 8:30 a.m. on January 10, 2018, Employee#1 started work at the front office area as an office manager. Last known work interaction was at 10:50 a.m., when an email was sent to a coworker. At approximately 11:55 a.m. another coworker, coming from a rear office work station, found Employee #1 laying on the floor adjacent to her desk. Emergency services were contacted and , upon arrival, Employee #1 was determined dead.
