NarrativeAt approximately 8:00 a.m. on July 31, 2012, Employee #1, a 21-year-old male with f3 Land Surveying, was struck by an all-terrain forklift. Employee #1 was transported by ambulance to Stanford University Medical Center, where he was treated for multiple fractures of his right foot, torn muscles in his lower right leg and torn cartilage in his right knee. Employee #1 was hospitalized, as a result of this event.
