NarrativeWhile operating a stacker machine, an employee attempted to remove a fallen product container that was blocking a sensor that controlled the conveyor. When the fallen container was removed, the conveyor began to move. The employee was wearing cut resistant gloves, and the glove on her right hand was caught by the chain and sprocket of the chain conveyor. She right-hand middle finger was partially amputated and required surgery.
