NarrativeAt 1:45 p.m. on February 27, 2019, an employee was installing a light fixture in the ceiling of a restroom. The employee placed the light fixture in the ceiling and secured it. He then prepped the source wires for connection to the fixture. As he stripped two of the wires, which contained 277 volts of electricity, the employee received an electrical shock. He fell from the six-foot ladder he was working from and was killed.
