NarrativeAt 11:30 a.m. on January 5, 2019, Employee #1 and #2 were attempting to repair hydraulic lines. When Employee #2 loosed the hydraulic line that operates the cylinder that moves the shaker arm up and down, the arm fell on both employees. Employee #1 was crushed and killed.

NarrativeAt approximately 12:45 p.m. on October 14, 2018 , an employee was struck and killed by a vehicle from the raceway. The employee was assigned to perform track and corner work at marshal station at turn 8 (corkscrew). The employee attempting to wave the caution flag for drivers on the raceway. The driver of the vehicle (Porsche 911 (GTE) was driving near Turn 7, when his tires came in contact with an oil slick on the raceway. The vehicle lost tire traction at the turn and skidded off the pavement and struck the concrete barrier and employee. The employee was killed from the impact at the scene.

NarrativeAt 5:40 a.m. on September 28, 2018, an employee was using a squeegee to clean up oil from underneath a nut roaster when his hair became caught in the machine's spinning shaft. The employee's hair was removed from his scalp. The incident investigation revealed that the shaft was unguarded.
