NarrativeAt 10:00 a.m. on November 6, 2017, an employee and forklift operator were elevating an RV unit so they could place a section of wood underneath its jack support. While the forklift operator rotated and moved the RV, the right rear side of the forklift struck the employee. As a result, the employee sustained a broken right foot.

NarrativeOn 4/11/16, an employee was replacing an air valve beneath an RV motor coach when the coach pinned him beneath it for several minutes until he was freed by other employees using jacks and a forklift. He was hospitalized with cracked rib(s) and a superficial laceration of the liver.

NarrativeOn June 13, 2009, Employee #1 had climbed the fixed ladder on a recreational veh icle to investigate a problem with a roof vent. While descending the same ladder , he missed the last step and fell approximately 4 ft to the ground. Employee #1 's head struck the ground, rendering him unconscious. He was hospitalized at Sal em hospital for a fractured skull and a bruised brain. The victim stated that he had never before climbed such a ladder.
