NarrativeAt 3:15 a.m. on November 18, 2018, an employee was helping to remove hydraulic cylinders from the Number 2 lathe. He was removing a pin that attaches one of the cylinders. When the pin was pushed out, the outer roller came down and struck the employee. The employee was killed.

NarrativeOn Monday, July 18, 2016, an employee was not feeling well while on his lunch break. Approximately an hour later he returned to his duties and completed his shift. He was off the following day, July 19th, and was still not feeling well. He went to his doctor and was diagnosed with dehydration and heat exhaustion. He was then admitted to the hospital.
