NarrativeAt 4:45 p.m. on January 1, 2017, Employee #1 was unloading plywood sheets off of a conveyor. The employee's left hand got caught between the conveyor belt and the fixture holding the spring-loaded conveyor wheel, amputating his left ring finger.
