NarrativeAt 8:30 a.m. on November 6. 2017, An employee was walking through a work area where a panel was being glued. A coworker placed a core layer on the panel and a second coworker started to roll the case up. The employee's midsection of his body was pinned between the rolls. The employee fell over when his coworker stopped operations. The employee suffered several broken ribs and was hospitalized.

NarrativeAt 3:15 p.m. on August 19, 2017, an employee had taken apart a resin line and was going to test a valve in the line before putting it back together. The employee actuated the solenoid and stuck his finger into the valve. The employee lost his balance and began to fall. The employee let go of the solenoid and the valve closed, amputating the employees fingertip. The employee was hospitalized.
