NarrativeAt 2:25 p.m. on March 9, 2019, an employee was repairing and replacing a clamp pad for GA 00-100T/M Case Turn Over #1 machine. When he was inside from his waist up, he was crushed by the machine. The employee was killed.

NarrativeAt 7:45 a.m. on January 13, 2017, an employee turned the line to "limited operations" on a pneumatically operated machine to unjam the machine. He opened the station access door which was interlocked, utilizing an allen wrench. The employee removed the jam. However, the employees left hand was near the escapement fixture which still had pneumatic air pressure and discharged once the employee removed the jam. When the escapement fixture discharged the equipment advanced resulting in a partial finger amputation.
OSHA investigators arrived in GRAPEVINE, TE on Friday, September 30th 2016 and began an accident investigation at Eaton Corporation. A had been injured when the fall on same level due to tripping over an object

NarrativeOn 09/30/2016, at 7:00 PM, a shipping/receiving employee was preparing to shrink wrap a switchboard when she stepped over the shrink wrap placed between the film roll and the switchboard structure to start the turntable wrapper. While stepping over it, her right foot was caught on the film and she fell to the ground on her left side, fracturing her left hip.
