NarrativeAt 12:40 p.m. on November 30, 2017, a 24-year-old employee was working for a commercial printer. He was feeding paper through the blanket rollers on the firms press unit Number 3, a Goss Sunday 3000 printing press, while the press was running in inch mode. This was known as "re-webbing" the press. The employees hand got too close to the blanket rollers. The middle and ring fingers on the employees right hand were caught between the rollers and crushed. He was not hospitalized.

NarrativeAt 9:45 a.m. on October 30, 2017, Employee #1 manually opened a guard to the main drive of a Gluer Machine #53. His thumbs were below the guard when the main drive came on unexpectedly. The employee's left thumb got caught in the belt and pulley. He sustained an amputation of his thumb from the first knuckle to the tip. The employee was hospitalized for his injury.

NarrativeAt 6:15 p.m. on October 26, 2017, an employee was preparing final printing press adjustments on the scoring roller and had removed the guard. The employee placed his left hand in the nip point between the rubber roller and steel scoring roller and amputated his left middle finger and partially amputated his left index finger. The employee was hospitalized.
