NarrativeAt 8:30 p.m. on November 6, 2017, and employee was loading paper into a flat bed cloth cutting machine for cutting. While lining up the stack, she inadvertently stepped on the machine's activation foot peddle and the clamp came down on her finger. The employee's finger was amputated, which she was hospitalized and received treatment.
