NarrativeAn employee was on security patrol and helped a driver enter the establishment. He then observed a trash can with a portion of a pallet sticking out of it. The employee attempted to push it farther down into the can. The piece was too long to move, and the employee had several wood splinters enter his hand. NarrativeOn Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at approximately 3:30 PM, an employee was operating a CNC machine. The employee opened the protective door of the machine to clean the chips from the fixture with an air hose. When his hand was close to the spindle area, the cutting tool struck his finger, amputating his fingertip.
