NarrativeAt 11:30 a.m. on August 22, 2017, an employee was attempting to clear a brass jam within the stamping machine. The employee opened the guard and reached into the machine. The employee caught his left ring and middle fingers in the machine and amputated them. The employee was hospitalized.

NarrativeAt 12:45 p.m. on June 20, 2017, an employee was working on the gun powder drop machine and was pushing a case plate along the rollers into the machine. The employee reached around to the backside of the case plate to slide it forward and down to the next station. The employee's body hit the actuator switch and the machine caught his left pinky, crushing it. The employee was hospitalized and his finger was amputated.
