NarrativeAt 4:15 p.m. on March 11, 2019, an employee was backing his work truck to align with a trailer he intended to up to. It is believed that the employee suffered a heart attack and died. The employee was later found pulseless and unresponsive in his work truck.

NarrativeAt 8:00 a.m. on May 14, 2018, Employee #1 was teaching a special education class. A student tried to bite another student and the employee tried to stop him. During that struggle, the employee injured his shoulder, resulting in a shoulder strain and hospitalization.

NarrativeAt 8:18 a.m. on January 8, 2018, an employee was working alone in the County Athletic Center maintenance area. The employee utilized an 8 foot stepladder to attach a wire and thermostat to the conduit of a ceiling mounted Reznor heater 12 foot 9 inches above the next walking working surface. The employee stood on the top step and fell 6 foot 8 inches, and landed on the ladder with his back to the ladder fatality and was killed.
