NarrativeAt 3:00 p.m. on August 23, 2017, an employee was driving a tractor through a field of vegegation while spraying with a herbicide that would kill the vegetation. The employee drove close to one of the ditches and the tractor rolled over into the ditch. The employee was ejected and the tractor rolled onto him, crushing the employee.

NarrativeAt 6:40 a.m. on August 22, 2017, an employee was checking water valves in an ATV. He was driving the ATV when it rolled over on him. The employee suffered a fractured ankle. Hospitalization was not required.

NarrativeAt 7:15 p.m. on May 10, 2017, an employee was attempting to deposit a 25-pound bag of fertilizer into an Air-O-Fan sprayer. The employee fell approximately 27 inches from the Air-O-Fan's side platform. The employee then suffered a seizure. The employee was not hospitalized.
