NarrativeAt 10:00 a.m. on October 30, 2018, an employee was empting a 53 foot long Tempe Model Hopper Tractor Trailer. The employee was crushed beneath the truck's passenger side rear wheels as it pulled away from the grain bailer. He sustained blunt force trauma to his chest and pelvis. The employee was killed.

NarrativeAt 11:30 a.m. on October 28, 2017, an employee was sweeping to clean up the peanut dump area using a push broom. While sweeping, the head of the broom fell off the handle and went into the pit area. The employee entered the dump pit to retrieve the broom head and was caught in the conveyor when it activated. The employee suffered a broken leg and was hospitalized.
