NarrativeAt 12:00 p.m. on July 27, 2017, Employee #1 had just returned from lunch and was advised of the next job task to complete before heading home. A coworker observed that Employee #1 was showing symptoms of heat exhaustion and informed the supervisor. Employee #1 was taken into the air-conditioned office to cool down. Employee #1 was instructed to remove his PPE to cool his body temperature down and was given water to drink. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for heat exhaustion and released.
