NarrativeAt 1:00 p.m. on September 5, 2018, an employee was working underneath a Gillg Low Floor Transit Bus and was replacing the lower rear torque rods. The employee was crushed and killed when the bus fell off of one of the jacks that were supporting the rear of the vehicle.

NarrativeAt 6:00 a.m. on January 2, 2018, an employee was walking in an icy bus yard. The employee slipped and fell and was found unconscious on the ground. The employee was transported to the hospital and later died from the injuries sustained in the fall.
