NarrativeAt 9:00 p.m. on February 3, 2017, an employee was working at a jobsite. The employee pried free an air lift (jack) from underneath the ICC bar of a 40 foot container chassis and the jack toppled over onto his leg. The employee was transported to a medical facility and treated for a fractured leg.
