NarrativeAt 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 2017, an employee entered a trailer before the truck moved away from the dock to correct its positioning. The employee fell into the gap between the trailer and dock before trying to climb onto the dock. The trailer truck reversed and pinned the worker against the dock wall, killing him.
On Thursday, November 23rd 2017 OSHA reps took a report of a serious accident in Memphis, TN at Fedex Corporation. A 60 year old Miscellaneous material moving equipment operator had been killed when the employee was struck and killed by moving piece of equipment

NarrativeAt 11:40 a.m. on November 22, 2017, Employee #1 was on a three-person crew moving a Commander-30H Cargo Loader, with a side-load platform, into position to unload a Boeing 777 aircraft. Employee #1 was assigned E-Stop Controller responsibilities. As the Cargo Loader was moving toward the aircraft, Employee #1 was discovered underneath the side-load platform. The other two crew members did not see the accident but it is apparent that Employee #1 was run over by the wheels under the platform. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of injuries to abdomen and back.

NarrativeAt 1:30 a.m. on October 31, 2017, Employee #1 was opening the door of a trailer to unload it. One hand was on the grab bar, while the other hand was on the lever of the door. The driver of the trailer pulled forward, causing the employee to fall off of the dock and onto the ground below. The driver was not aware that the employee had fallen off of the dock, and began to back the trailer up so that it was flush with the dock. The employee became pinned between the dock and the bar on the back of the trailer. Employee #1 sustained fractures to his hip and head. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
