NarrativeAt 12:15 p.m. on December 20, 2017, an employee was assisting a coworker with unloading a truck that was full of granite slabs. As the coworker operated a forklift to transfer the unloaded slabs of granite from the back of the truck to a v-rack, the employee took a break and was sitting on the ground near the rack. When the employee pulled himself up, grabbing a hold of approximately 5 to 6 granite slabs that were on the rack, the rack overturned. The granite slabs and rack fell on the employee, fracturing his right fibula. The employee was taken to a nearby hospital where he was admitted and underwent ACL reconstruction.
