NarrativeAt 7:30 a.m. on November 9, 2017, an employee was working at the base exchange at an Air Force base. He was going on break to have a cigarette. A forklift nearby was backing up. When he stopped and bent down to pick up a paper, he was struck the forklift. He sustained a fractured wrist and a fractured hip. He was hospitalized.

NarrativeAt 7:00 p.m. on November 6, 2017, an employee was working as a cashier at a store. An assailant entered the store and demanded money from the register at gunpoint. The employee gave the register till to the assailant. The assailant mishandled his firearm and shot the store clerk. As a result, the assailant panicked, dropped the money and ran.
