NarrativeAt 8:30 a.m. on July 20, 2017, an employee was relocating a pivot track ladder while stocking merchandise in the back room of an overstock area. The employee was struck by a 28-inch planter pot that weighed between 10 to 20 lbs and was in a box when it fell from a storage rack. The employee suffered a brain contusion and was hospitalized.
