NarrativeAt 8:30 a.m. on July 20, 2017, an employee was relocating a pivot track ladder while stocking merchandise in the back room of an overstock area. The employee was struck by a 28-inch planter pot that weighed between 10 to 20 lbs and was in a box when it fell from a storage rack. The employee suffered a brain contusion and was hospitalized.

NarrativeAn employee was using an extension brush to paint over a group of racking uprights. The uprights started rocking back and forth and one of the uprights fell towards him, causing four more to fall. The employee's leg was pinned under the four uprights. His leg was broken and required surgery.
