NarrativeAt 9:15 a.m. on October 4, 2017, an employee was moving a pallet with a Crown stand-up forklift RR 5200 Series and was unable to stop the forklift. The employee extended his foot and stopped the forklift from hitting the wall. The employee suffered lacerations to his foot. Hospitalization was not required.
