NarrativeAt 9:49 p.m. on August 9, 2017, an employee was using an electric lift with a working platform to grab a large appliance from the top of a three tier shelving unit. The employee fell from the platform and struck the concrete flooring. The employee suffered a broken left knee cap, hip fracture and dislocation, as well as a laceration above the eyebrow. The employee was hospitalized.

NarrativeAt 11:15 a.m. on July 29, 2017, an employee was installing a new dishwasher and was lying under the sink base to affix the water supply lines. The employee started shaking and was foaming at the mouth. The employee's manner of death was unknown at that time, suspected heart failure or electrocution were given as two possible causes.

NarrativeAn employee was unloading drywall from a forklift. The weight of the drywall caused the forklift to tilt as the drywall was being moved off the forks. As soon as the drywall was fully removed from the forks, the truck tilted back in place and injured the employee, who suffered major swelling of the neck/spine and required hospitalization.
