NarrativeAt 4:00 p.m. on December 10, 2017, Employee #1 and #2, correctional officers, were moving inmates to search their cells for contraband. Employee #1 was attacked by two of the inmates while the third inmate held Employee #2. Employee #1 suffered a fractured nose and right orbital bone, as well as loss of consciousness and bruises. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries. Employee #2 sustained lacerations and contusions to his head.
