NarrativeAt 1:15 p.m. on February 25, 2019, two employees were hand drying vehicles at a car wash facility when a Ford F-150 pickup truck accelerated from the car-wash conveyor. Both Employees #1 and #2 were struck by the truck with Employee #2 being pinned between the truck and a wall. Employee # 1 was hospitalized, sustaining a fractured leg, and Employee #2 was killed.
