NarrativeAt 8:13 a.m. on September 6, 2017, Employee #1 was cleaning up the shop when he noticed that a crate of glass was shifting. The employee ran over to it to try and secure the crate, to prevent it from falling. The crate fell on the employee, pinning him under the crate. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.

NarrativeOn April 13, 1010, Employee #1, who worked for a glass replacement and repair co mpany, was using a Makita plate joiner to cut a lower window seal. He had positi oned his hands on the bottom and top of the joiner. The joiner made contact with a knot in the wood and bucked away from the surface, hitting the top of the emp loyee's hand. He was hospitalized with cuts and lacerations.
