NarrativeAt 3:00 p.m. on March 14, 2019, an employee was kneeling next to a skylight on the roof of a paint shop to observe the installation of guy wires to the stack of the building's ventilation system. He fell through the skylight an approximate 16 feet and struck a concrete floor. The employee suffered a head injury and was killed.

NarrativeAt 3:00 p.m. on December 29, 2017, an employee had just finished an auto body paint job and exited the paint booth. The employee collapsed and later passed away from unknown causes.
OSHA investigators arrived in Stephenville, TX on Wednesday, December 20th 2017 and began an accident investigation which had occured previously at Outlaw Trailer Conversions. A 46 year old Laborer had been killed when the employee fell from ladder and was killed from head injuries

NarrativeAt 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2017, an employee was climbing a 6 foot ladder and stepped on the second rung from the top before straddling the top of the ladder. The employee fell when the ladder became unbalanced and hit his head on the concrete. The employee was transported to the Fort Worth Hospital where he died from his injuries.
