NarrativeAt approximately 12:00 PM on July 9, 2015, an employee fell off of a moveable ladder/platform while waxing the top side of a wing on a corporate jet. The employee's boot tread got stuck in the tread on the stairs, causing him to lose his footing and fall approximately 48 inches to the ground below.
