NarrativeAt 1:00 a.m. on August 21, 2017, an employee was flipping sheets of glass on a cart, toward himself to access a mislabeled pane toward the middle of the stack. The employee was struck by and trapped by the entire stack of glass fell on top of him. The employee suffered a fractured leg and pelvis as well as internal injuries. The employee was hospitalized.
