NarrativeAt 2:15 p.m. on October 27, 2017, an employee was cleaning debris and material from an area under a saw using an air hose and a steel brush. The employee struck the running saw blade and amputated his left pinky. Hospitalization was not required.

NarrativeAt 8:30 a.m. on July 24, 2017, an employee was operating a Johnson Full Revolution 50T Mechanical Punch Press, M/N 5. The employee inserted his right hand into the machine and the press cycled itself. The employee amputated their right hand.
