NarrativeAt approximately 7:00 a.m. on December 9, 2013, Employee #1 was walking through the Agency's parking lot. As the employee was starting her shift, she slipped on ice and fell striking the curbs edge. Employee #1 was taken to an area hospital, where she received surgery for a compound fracture of her left leg. The employee remained hospitalized.
