NarrativeAt 6:45 p.m. on April 26, 2017, an employee was working at a nursery's loading area and had been loading trucks with racks full of product. The employee was loading a rack that had a flowerpot with a hook on it that needed to be lowered. The employee climbed onto the rack and, while he was reaching up, the employee's ring finger was caught in a flat bar approximately 90 inches above ground. The employee lost his balance and fell, partially amputating his finger while it was stuck in the rack. The employee was hospitalized for his injury.
