NarrativeAt 11:30 a.m. on January 5, 2019, Employee #2 had disconnected hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic piston that raised/ lowered the Almond Shaker's clamp. As the hose was disconnected, the shaker's clamp, which was raised, fell onto Employee #1 and Employee #2. Employee #1 received fatal crushing injuries.

NarrativeAt 7:45 a.m. on September 27, 2018, an employee was standing behind a almond harvesting vehicle. A second vehicle called a shuttle was backing up to the location to unload the harvester when the vehicle ran over the employee and killing him.

NarrativeAt 2:30 p.m. on January 15, 2018, an employee was loading an orchard tractor with mower attached onto a tilt trailer. During loading, the tractor slipped off the trailer and crushed the employee. The employee suffered blunt force trauma injuries and was killed.
