NarrativeOn November 4, 2018, an employee was helping other employees to empty the used cooking oil from a gas fryer. The oil discharged from the fryer drain spout striking the employee's foot and ankle, causing burns to that area. The employee died from cardio-vascular/respiratory system failure.

NarrativeAt 9:58 p.m. on November 15, 2017, an employee was disposing of some frying oil into an oil trap when he slipped and fell, spilling hot oil onto his body. The employee suffered severe body burns to his torso and right arm. The employee was hospitalized.

NarrativeAt 10:30 a.m. on February 9, 2017, an employee was removing a bag of cream and mushroom soup from a hot water bath when the bag ruptured. The hot soup spilled out, making contact with the employee's face, neck, and upper chest area. The employee sustained second and third degree burns, which she was hospitalized and received treatment.
