NarrativeAt 5:42 p.m. on May 23, 2019, an employee at a golf resort was driving a maintenance cart across the street when he was struck by a vehicle. The employee was life flighted to a hospital, where he later died.
On Monday, September 10th 2018 OSHA reps took a report of a serious accident in Chicago, IL which had occured previously at Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group, Llc. A 56 year old Electrician had been killed when the employee was killed during electrical work for coffee maker

NarrativeAt 6:30 p.m. on September 9, 2018, an employee was adding an extra electrical line for a coffee maker on a 208 volt electrical panel. The employee was found face down on top of the electrical wiring by a coworker. The Medical Examiner had not determined the cause of death at the time of this report. The employee was found by another employee on the floor, face down on top of the electrical wiring.

NarrativeAt 8:00 a.m. on Januray 10, 2018, Employee #1 was cleaning a room when he was stung by a bee. He experienced a severe reaction that constricted his airways. The employee suffered anaphylaxis and died.
