NarrativeAt approximately 11:30 a.m. on June 15, 2012, Employee #1, a company owner, was using three hydraulic jacks to raise a mobile home, so that he and Employees #2, #3, and laborers, could remove the wheels, and then place the mobile home on cinder blocks. The hydraulic jack(s) tipped-over, allowing the mobile home to fall on the three workers. Two coworkers were positioned on the opposite side of the mobile home, and used their front-end loader to help extricate the three workers, and then called the emergency medical services for help. Employee #1 died later that afternoon from the injuries sustained by the collapse of the mobile home.
