NarrativeOn August 22, 2009, a worker was sitting on a folding chair in front of Blockbus ter Video watching a table of videos during a sidewalk sale. The sidewalk was ap proximately 8-ft-wide from the parking lot to the front of the store. A customer drove his car into a parking spot directly in front of the store. The driver di d not stop and crushed the worker into the store front, pushing the wall into th e store approximately 2 ft. The worker sitting on her chair died at the scene fr om her injuries.
