NarrativeAt 12:20 p.m. on December 19, 2017, an employee was using an air hammer to remove a bushing piece. During work, a foreign object struck the employee's right eye, rupturing the globe portion of the eye. The employee was taken to a nearby hospital, where he received treatment. The incident investigation attributed the foreign object to be debris from a motor vehicle the employee was working on.
