NarrativeAt approximately 11:35 a.m. on October 5, 2017, an employee was working alone to replace a loose key stock on the Sweed C-Turner. The employee was positioned inside of the Sweed C-Turner to gain access to the key stock location. During the key stock replacement, the C-Frame rotated, pinning the employee between the C-Frame and rotating base frame. The employee received lacerations and crushing injuries to multiple parts of the body between the shoulders and hips. The employee was killed.
