NarrativeAt 1:15 p.m. on November 29, 2017, Employee #1 was cleaning off the wood-wool machine, while the machine was in operation. The employee attempted to adjust the wood in the machine and his fingers were pinched by the roller pressing the wood into the blade of the machine. He sustained a partial amputation of the right index finger and tissue damage to the right ring finger.
