NarrativeAt 1:30 p.m. on August 24, 2017, an employee was using a JTAS-10 Tilting Arbor table saw to trim a piece of wood and partially amputated his middle finger and the tip of his ring finger on his left hand when the blade come into contact with his hand. The blade guard did not operate properly to prevent an injury. The employee was treated at the Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center and released. Hospitalization was not required.

NarrativeAt 6:45 a.m. on August 14, 2017, an employee was operating a horizontal band saw and was brushing away some metal shavings with his gloved hand. The employee struck the band saw's blade with his hand and amputated the tip of his right hand pinky at the first knuckle.

NarrativeAt 9:15 p.m. on April 11, 2017, an employee was operating a 66 ton hydraulic brake press to bend side panels. While shaping the metal part, the employee's right hand came into contact with the dies of the press. Two fingers were crushed, resulting in their amputation. The employee was hospitalized and treated for his injury.
