NarrativeAt 9:20 a.m. on September 28, 2017, Employee #1 was cutting seven foot catalytic converters into three pieces with a band saw. The employee got his glove caught in the blade of the saw, and sustained amputations of his middle and index fingers of the left hand. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.

NarrativeAt 2:00 p.m. on August 30, 2017, an employee was repairing a lead pump. The employee was removing grease with a rag during the repair. The employee's gloves and finger were caught by a rotating shaft of a pump. The gloves and finger were pulled while the lead pump was energized and the employee sustained an amputation of the finger.
