NarrativeAn employee amputated a fingertip while operating a filling machine. The employee was operating the tube filler machine to fill empty tubes with paint. The machine's trimming blade jammed. The employee tried to clear the jam and while a finger was in the nip point, the machine cycled, amputating the tip of his finger.
