NarrativeAn employee received an amputation injury while operating molding machine #26. The employee placed a mold into the machine. The mold was crooked so the employee reached in to straighten it. The machine activated and came down on the employee's left hand. He was taken to the hospital where his index and middle finger were amputated above the knuckle. He also received burn injuries to his hand.
